Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-Centric products and experiences. Candidate must have experience working in agile teams, with developers.

Skills:

• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver
• Front-end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and at least some JavaScript/JQuery

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create, improve and use wire-frames, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must have 1 – 3 years of experience.

• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap.
